John Federico is a highly accomplished real estate broker with a wealth of experience in the Boston market. He holds an MBA degree from Quinnipiac University and has an impressive track record of over $800 million dollars in closed transactions over the course of his career.

As a key member of the GPG team, John has established himself as a skilled negotiator and strategist, with a keen ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of his clients. He is widely recognized for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to providing exceptional service and delivering outstanding results.

MANAGING PARTNER

Ryan Quinn is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Grove Property Group. He focuses on assisting his clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the Greater Boston Area. Ryan has participated in over $300 million in real estate transactions since starting his career at Marcus and Millichap  in 2017. 

Ryan’s  strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to analyze market trends has helped him deliver superior results for his clients. He has experience with many different aspects of real estate including leasing, acquisitions, and property management.

Ryan graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Resource Economics

Harry has specialized in the sale of multifamily properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 2018. With over five years of experience at a national firm where he successfully sold over 2,000 apartment units, Harry has now joined Grove Property Group. His expertise lies in assisting clients with their 1031 Exchange transactions and facilitating multifamily acquisition and disposition processes.

Tyler began his real estate career in 2018, after graduating from Xavier University in Cincinnati. A lifelong resident of Greater Boston, Tyler has a diverse resume in the sale, leasing and management of multifamily properties of all asset classes. Outside of work, Tyler coaches high school debate at Needham High School, and has been involved in multiple volunteer and board of director positions in Stoughton Youth Baseball.

Joe Vecchione is a highly skilled multi-family real estate professional with a strong background in property management. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Salve Regina University, Joe brings a comprehensive understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of the real estate industry. His strategic approach, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of market trends, ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and achieve their investment objectives.

Outside work, Joe gives back to his hometown as a wrestling coach for Chelmsford High School. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
